One workout for each letter of the word "Pumpkin," seems easy enough, right? If this seasonal set doesn't have you breaking a sweat, let's get a little more "basic." After you've dominated the Pumpkin Pump, add a little spice to your life!

Everyone's worried about a zombie apocalypse, but we have more on our minds this Halloween season. Don't get us wrong, zombies are a BIG concern. We'd all like to keep our brains where they belong. So kick up your cardio health with some in-place jogging, but don't forget to dodge all the other creeps and creatures that will be lurking this evening! ​This workout will help you duck from the vicious vampire bats, dodge the mummies grasping paws with tuck jumps and sneak past the ghosts and ghouls without being haunted for life.

If you're not looking to have a crazy night out, pop some light popcorn and put in everyone's favorite Halloween classic. The Sanderson sisters will get you through a quick and simple workout. Bonus: Hopefully you'll be so distracted by the movie you won't even realize that you're dominating those muscles! This workout isn't just a bunch of Hocus Pocus. By the time you've done 12 calf raises for each time you've heard the word "virgin," you might not be able to mount your broom tomorrow morning.
