All are encouraged to join classes regardless of body type, orientation, occupation, or age (18+). Whether you are interested in a new hobby, a more exciting fitness routine, or wanting to increase your confidence we have a class for you! We offer a variety of classes every single week!
Our convenient reservation system makes it easy to sign up for classes and purchase services 24/7. Once you find the class you would like to take, click the 'Sign Up' button to get started or download our mobile app.
The class schedule changes each Semester (every 3 - 4 months) to shake things up; however, you can sign up for classes at any time. Our classes are designed for students to jump in at any time and learn at their own pace.
Groups of 4 or more, must book a private group lesson.
